- 50ml Illuminati Vodka
- 15ml Tia Maria / Kahlúa
- 35ml Espresso
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- Coffee Beans To Garnish
- Place 100g golden caster sugar in a small pan, add 50ml water, stir and bring to boil then leave to cool.
- Once cool, pour 5ml Sugar Syrup, Vodka, Tia Maria / Kahlúa and Espresso into a cocktail shaker, and add a handful of ice.
- Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels icy cold.
- Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
- Garnish with a coffee bean.
