Espresso Martini


  • 50ml Illuminati Vodka
  • 15ml Tia Maria / Kahlúa
  • 35ml Espresso
  • 5ml Sugar Syrup
  • Coffee Beans To Garnish



  • Place 100g golden caster sugar in a small pan, add 50ml water, stir and bring to boil then leave to cool.
  • Once cool, pour 5ml Sugar Syrup, Vodka, Tia Maria / Kahlúa and Espresso into a cocktail shaker, and add a handful of ice.
  • Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels icy cold.
  • Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
  • Garnish with a coffee bean.
